Jumpto365 (“we,” “us” or “jumpto365”) operates various tools and services hosted or linked through jumpto365.com (the “Service”). We are committed to implementing measures designed to protect the privacy of those using our web site and services.

To improve Service quality, features, and options, we may collect information from our visitors. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

As set forth within this Privacy Statement and our Terms of Service and other published guidelines, we do not release Personally Identifiable Information about our relationship without your permission.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason.  We will alert you about any changes by updating the “last modified” date of this Privacy Statement.  Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Statement on the Site. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Statement to stay informed of updates.

Information we collect

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally Identifiable Information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, Office 365 tenant details, and other information (“Personal Information”).

We may also record technical metrics (“Log Data”) about your experience on our website including but not limited to your IP address, browser type and language, access time, and referring Web site addresses. We may collect information about the pages you view within our sites and other actions you take while visiting us.

In addition, we may use third-party services such as Google Analytics and MailChimp that collect, monitor, and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our Service.

Third-party service providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it there.

Your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Data retention

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services or information. If you wish to request no further marketing mailings, you may unsubscribe from our mailing lists using the unsubscribe link included on every marketing email.

If you wish us to no longer retain your personal information, (a “Right to be Forgotten” request) submit a request on our Contact Us page. Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within our databases, access logs and other records, which may or may not contain personally identifiable information. The residual information will not be used for commercial purposes, but we will retain and use the Personal Identifiable Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Privacy of minors

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Future business transactions

If jumpto365 is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred as a business asset. In such cases, we will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
